Five of us.
No middle managers.
We're a small shop in Northern Luzon. No account managers, no "solutions architects," no slide decks. The people who answer your email are the same people writing your code, designing your brand, and chasing your invoices. That's the whole pitch.
Six things
we won't budge on.
Most agencies write "values" pages full of words like "passionate" and "collaborative." These are ours. They're load-bearing.
We write the code we ship.
No offshore subcontracting, no "partner agencies," no junior-only teams pretending to be senior. The same five people who quote your project build it, design it, and follow up after launch.
We won't quote vague scope.
If you can't describe what success looks like, we'll help you define it—then quote. Fixed-price on fog is how everyone loses money.
We say no a lot.
We pass on projects we can't do well, timelines we can't hit, and stacks we don't trust. A polite "not a fit" beats a six-month death march.
We don't do retainers for vibes.
Retainers exist for active work, not standing invoices. If we're not shipping, we're not billing.
We tell you when you're wrong.
If your idea won't work, your spec is broken, or your stack is a liability—you'll hear about it. That's what you're paying for.
Performance is not optional.
100 Lighthouse, sub-50ms p99, zero critical bugs in prod. Numbers from our homepage that we actually hit. Otherwise we don't ship.
The whole roster.
Five people and one machine. No army of contractors hiding in a Slack workspace. When you hire us, you get all of us—or none of us, depending on scope.

Owns the partnerships and keeps clients happy. Turns conversations into contracts and contracts into relationships.

Owns the growth and shapes the narrative. Makes sure the right people actually find us — and remember why.
Norion[AI]
Research · Scaffolding
Our in-house copilot. Drafts, scaffolds, and sweeps the floor so the five above can focus on the parts that need a human. Always on. Never billed.
We don't scale by hiring juniors and reselling them. We scale by saying no.
Short history.
Shorter mission.
We started in 2026. We're still small. We don't plan to be much bigger—more headcount means more meetings about meetings. The mission is just to keep shipping software that holds up.
Started as a small crew tired of watching agencies overpromise and underbuild. Set up shop in Northern Luzon. First commit pushed in the same week.
Production deployments for clients across PH, SG, and the US. Zero critical bugs. No NDAs we couldn't justify.
Accepting selective engagements. Still five people across engineering, design, and operations. Still writing the code we ship. No plans to pivot into a SaaS.
